Welcome to The House Punch. We’re so glad you’re here! Just like any good bar or house party has a signature cocktail, our properties have a signature style. Bright color, a mixture of designer patterns, and cozy details all add to our special recipe. That blend of details equals The House Punch. 

The House Punch is Nashville’s newest collection of designer rental properties. It's a stylish and affordable alternative to a basic short-term rental, or a high-priced luxury hotel. In simpler terms, it’s the rental that we want to stay in when we travel! 

We’re Kane and Kendall Simmons. As the owners of design firm Kendall Simmons Interiors, and online retail store Salut Home, we believe that a well-designed place to stay can make or break the overall experience of a trip. It’s not just a place to crash, but a backdrop for all of your memories from that adventure. 

The House Punch is about color, comfort, and not taking ourselves too seriously. We want to be your home away from home for your next vacation, wedding party, girls' weekend or romantic getaway.

ABOUT KENDALL

Kendall is an adventurer. Inspired by her extensive travels and love of art, she designs each home interior with an eye for modern, yet classic details and a little bit of surprise. With over a decade of design experience in New York, Nashville and beyond, Kendall Simmons breathes new life into any home’s interior. 

ABOUT KANE

Kane is a natural people-person, and brings his sense of humor into every project. He has channeled his background in sales and finance, plus his contagious joie de vivre, into making The House Punch what it is. While their home base is Nashville, TN, Kane and Kendall spend as much time as they can exploring the world. Throughout their travels, they gather inspiration for a well-lived life, and a perfectly-styled home.

Salut Home was born as a collaboration between Kane and Kendall, in order to bring interesting home decor items to the online market. Each item at Salut Home has been filtered through Kendall’s fresh and colorful design aesthetic.
